"The Beaver" is a publication of the Hudsons Bay Company. It was first published in 1920 in celebration of the Companys 250th anniversary. "Its interests, include the whole field of life and activity in the Canadian north, past and present, as well as the history of the more southerly regions, in both Canada and the United States, where Canadian fur traders vente en gros formally carried on business".
